Founded in January 2001 by Rocky and Sattie Narain, the Company has grown to more than 9,500 loan originators and mortgage brokers.  Sattie Narain is the CEO and licensed broker of record in most States.

Bruce E Cox CPA is a licensed lender and the New Jersey broker of record for Nations Funding Source.  Throughout his career, he has worked with high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and small business owners helping them to create wealth and pass it on to the next generation, utilizing ideas, concepts and strategies of the very rich.  He has noted that rich people do things differently than everyone else.  What they do is often counter intuitive, but it works.  These strategies can be utilized by many affluent families, but they just are not aware of them.  He enjoys sharing these ideas with his reverse mortgage clients, as it can make a big difference in their wealth accumulation and distribution.

Mr. Cox has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1977, having passed the CPA examination the first time in 1975. He spent 5 years in Public Accounting including 3 years as a senior accountant in the Tax Department of Touche Ross and Company. His experience included working on public and private Real Estate partnerships, Real Estate management companies and Title Insurance companies. During College, he worked for 3 ½ years with a Real Estate Appraisal Firm, doing accounting and field appraisal work.

Mr. Cox worked as a Stockbroker from September 1979 through June 1995. He passedthe NASD series 7 , 24 and 27 securities examinations, the series 63 state examination and also held a life insurance producers license.

As a stockbroker, Mr. Cox was involved with public and privately held Real Estate Limited partnerships that invested in commercial office buildings, shopping centers, apartments and triple net leases. He was also involved in marketing mortgage backed securities, FNMAs, GNMAs, CMOs, municipal housing bonds and REITs.

From July 1993, through June, 2002; Mr. Cox was the CFO of two private equity groups: American Biomimetics Corporation, a new materials science and technology group, and International Multi-Media Corporation, a development stage wireless universal access company.

American Biomimetics Corporation, founded and spun off Universal Display Corporation (PANL) a publicly traded developer of Flat Panel Displays which went public in April 1996. As CFO, Mr. Cox was responsible for accounting, finance and taxation of these private equity groups. He also wrote the business plan which led to Universal Display’s IPO and was actively involved in the preparation of Universal Display’s registration statement.

American Biomimetics Corporation also founded Global Photonic Energy Corporation, a developer of organic solar cells and advanced catalyst for fuel cells, which has amassed a patent portfolio of more than 300 issued and pending patents worldwide at the end of 2008.

In March 2001, Mr. Cox founded Cox Financial Network LLC, a Correspondent Mortgage Banker in NJ.  Seeking a nationwide lender with FHA capability, Mr. Cox  joined Nations Funding Source in August 2008, and became its NJ Broker of Record.
